This Shipping Policy explains how NOVA Labs (“we”, “us”, “our”) processes and delivers orders placed on our website.

1) Where we ship

We currently ship within EUROPE (EU) only.

2) Order processing (handling) time

  • Processing days: Monday to Friday (excluding EU public holidays)

  • Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1 working day after payment is confirmed.

  • If we need additional information (e.g., address clarification), processing may be delayed until we receive your response.

3) Delivery windows (estimated)

Delivery timelines can vary by product and availability.

  • Product page timelines: Please refer to the specific product page for the most accurate delivery estimate.

  • If no timeframe is specified: Standard delivery typically takes 2–3 working days after dispatch.

4) Shipping fees & free-shipping thresholds

Europe

  • Standard delivery: 15 EURO

  • Free standard delivery on orders over 150 EURO

  • Express delivery: 25 EURO

6) Carriers & tracking

We use reputable third-party courier partners for deliveries within the EUROPE.

  • Tracking: If tracking is available for your shipment, we will provide tracking details by email or SMS once your order is dispatched.

  • Carrier selection: Carrier choice may vary based on destination, service level (standard/express), and product requirements.

7) Delivery attempts, failed delivery, and address issues

To ensure successful delivery, please confirm your address and contact details at checkout.

If a delivery fails due to:

  • incorrect/incomplete address,

  • unreachable phone number,

  • recipient unavailable,

  • refusal to accept delivery,

we may:

  • arrange a re-delivery (additional fees may apply), or

  • return the package to us and process it according to our Refund Policy (shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law).

8) Delays

We’re not liable for delays caused by courier operations, customs/inspection requirements (if applicable), weather, public holidays, or events outside our control.

If your order is delayed:

  • we will assist in checking the delivery status with the courier, and

  • provide updated delivery information where available.

9) Temperature control / cold-chain packaging

Some products may require temperature-sensitive handling. Where applicable, we take reasonable steps to help protect products during transit (for example, insulated packaging).

However:

  • temperature control cannot be guaranteed once a shipment is handed to the courier,

  • delivery delays, incorrect addresses, or unattended deliveries can compromise product integrity,

  • we may decline responsibility for temperature-related issues arising from failed delivery attempts or customer-provided address/contact errors.
